Job Description - Service Manager



Service Manager – Shults Ford South of West Mifflin is currently seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive excellence? Join our thriving high-volume Ford dealership as a Service Manager! Shults Ford is the #1 Volume Leader in Pennsylvania! We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused professional who can efficiently manage operations and inspire our dedicated service team.


What We’re Looking For:


Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership. Ford dealership experience preferred but not required. Proven ability to effectively manage high-volume service operations. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, warranties, and dealership management systems.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee daily operations of our busy service department, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and productivity. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff. Maintain and improve service department profitability by monitoring performance metrics, expenses, and departmental goals. Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and resolution of concerns. Ensure compliance with Ford's standards and dealership policies. Manage warranty claims and collaborate closely with Ford representatives.
