Service Manager

Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas and Oklahoma, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Parts and Service Manager to add to its growing service team in Tulsa, OK!

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts and service team members


• Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and service department


• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors and manufacturers to encourage repeat business


• Effectively manage the workload and schedules of all parts and service team members


• Manage the activities of all technicians to ensure efficiency and productivity levels are top notch


• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production records


• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and ensure the goals are met or exceeded


• Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and safety of the facility


• Stay updated on industry changes and trends as it relates to the RV & Marine industry


• Other duties as apparent or assigned
