Responsibilities:

• Make workplace safety the top priority by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Build and develop a superior team by hiring the best associates and providing necessary training.
• Ensure all associates are certified and on a structured career path through coaching sessions.
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance to comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare the location, service desk, and equipment daily for business operations.
