Service Manager – High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Chicago Metro)
We are hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume Toyota dealership in the Chicago metro area. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run an efficient, profitable service department while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all service department operations with full accountability for performance
- Manage, coach, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Manage and control direct departmental expenses
