Join Dahl Honda in Onalaska, WI as a Service Manager! We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service team and help create a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service


• Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests


• Manage, hire, and train service advisors and technicians


• Passion to achieve high standards


• Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department


• Manage the payroll within the department


• Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service management experience


• Leadership experience


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction


• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
