What You’ll Lead

As one of our Service Managers, you’ll oversee:

• Service Drive Traffic and Flow


• Customer Interaction with Advisors


• Active Deliveries


• NPS and CSI


• Marketing to Existing and New Clientele


• Processes and Performance Improvement

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has successful Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience


• Understands fixed operations


• Knows how to improve Advisor Performance


• Has a proven record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention


• Leads by Example and Inspires others


• Communicates with Professionalism and Integrity


• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Is committed to continuous improvement


• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
