We're looking for an experienced motivated Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service department and reconditioning operations. If you're a hands on leader who understands automotive repair and reconditioning, enjoys working and developing a team, takes great pride in getting vehicles retail-ready, we would like to hear from you!

What Will You Do:

• Manage daily service department operations


• Oversea vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning


• Coordinate, Communicate with technicians, parts personnel, outside vendors, and our customers


• Prioritize repairs and ensure vehicles are completed on schedule


• Review repair estimates for internal vehicles and customer vehicles


• Maintain quality standards and ensure vehicles are properly repaired


• Help manage inventory of parts and supplies


• Schedule and supervise technicians and reconditioning personnel


• Administrative responsibilities with pricing, invoicing, all paperwork, computer systems and PA Inspection record keeping


• Ensure a  safe, clean, and organized shop environment


• Works closely with sales and management to keep inventory and customer cars moving

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common repairs


• Automotive service, technician experience (A Plus) or repair management experience


• Ability to manage multiple vehicles, multitask, and priorities


• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities


• Valid drivers license and clean driving record


• Team mindset and goal oriented


• Dealership or used car reconditioning experience is a plus


• Strong Performance


• English/Spanish
