The Opportunity: Lead, Build & Grow

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of results, leads by example, and knows how to get the best out of a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor, and develop service advisors and shop leadership, building a strong, accountable team


• Oversee daily operations, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction


• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining exceptional service standards


• Coach advisors on communication, sales, customer relationships, and follow-through


• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements


• Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term loyalty


• Develop processes, enforce standards, and improve efficiency across the operation


• Work closely with ownership on strategy, hiring, training, and continued growth

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive service experience


• 2+ years in a service management or leadership role


• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and improve profitability


• Strong understanding of automotive repair operations and service sales


• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills


• Ability to manage KPIs, improve processes, and hold teams accountable


• Experience with shop management software and digital inspections


• Familiarity with extended warranties and customer service escalations


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mentality


• Comfortable embracing new technology and continuous improvement
