Service Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership and Development: Training, motivating, and mentoring service department staff to achieve individual and departmental goals.


• Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating team performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys.


• Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality service repairs and minimizing comebacks through periodic job inspections.


• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Technical Expertise: Staying updated of manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and industry advancements.


• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.


• Technology Proficiency: Mastering and implementing all Service Department technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive management.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Professional demeanor and presentation.
