Essential Duties -
- Lead daily service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and OEM partners.
- Manage workflow, productivity, and profitability of the service department.
- Coach and develop a team of skilled service technicians and advisors.
- Ensure compliance with International Truck service standards.

- Proven leadership experience with International Trucks as well as other manufactures is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to balance customer service with operational excellence.
- Hands-on knowledge of commercial truck service processes.
