Join our 1988-founded company (HQ: Clinton Township, MI; ops in 19 states) as a Service Manager in Northern California, Southern California, or Denver, CO. Manage field service teams, achieve corporate goals, and build lasting customer relationships in supermarkets, military bases, coffee shops, and more. No residential work—commercial only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer expansion, and site count in your territory.
• Onboard new/existing customers; coordinate technical needs, billing, and compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management for refrigeration technicians and HVAC teams.
• Monitor metrics via Remote Monitoring, Power BI; report to Regional Director weekly.
• Handle commercial refrigeration repairs, HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, glycol), ice machines, EMS, and more.
• Ensure contractual SLAs: response times, backlog management, product loss prevention.
• Recruit, hire, train technicians; manage vendors, warranties, parts inventory.
• Travel to sites for audits, corrective actions, and project management.

Technical Skills Required:

• Expert in commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins, racks, controllers), HVAC (AAON, Trane, chillers), ice makers, glycol systems.
• EPA certified; welding/brazing; diagnostic tools; photo documentation.
• Proficient in controllers, EMS, RTUs, split systems; handle 50+ lbs, ladders, company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years field technician experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC (management preferred).
• Strong initiative, customer service, independent worker.
• Tech-savvy: smartphones, tablets for reporting/invoicing.
