Qualifications:

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or higher education
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have strong customer service skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic focused on the Service business and personal growth
• Work with all departments to include Service and deliver a great customer experience
