Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven success with hours on ROs.

- Consistent CSI scores.

- History of associate retention & growth.

- Proven examples of team building and associate development.

Education and/or Experience

• Two to four years automotive service excellence.
• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency with DMS (Dealer Management Software:  CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds etc)

OTHERS:

Valid Driver's License - Good Driving Record

This is a fast-paced position that requires standing and walking much of the day.
