What We’re Looking For:




  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a busy dealership environment.




  • Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus.




  • Demonstrated success leading high-volume, results-driven teams.




  • Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills.




  • Expertise in warranty, compliance, DMS, and service department operational reporting




What You’ll Do:




  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of advisors, technicians, and support staff.




  • Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced, customer-centric service department.




  • Manage KPIs, profit margins, expense controls, and warranty processes.




  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service experiences.




  • Ensure compliance with Lincoln standards and dealership policies.




  • Collaborate with parts and sales departments to drive total dealership success.
