Service Manager - Motorcycles of Greensboro

Welcome to Motorcycles of Charlotte & Greensboro, one of the Southeast's oldest European Motorcycle Dealers. We specialize in BMW and Ducati. Our goal is to offer a premium experience with what we consider to be the premium/luxury options in motorcycling.

From our sales making sure you are on the right bike for you to the parts department making sure they get the latest gadgets you found for your bike, to the service department making sure your bike is in top form, even while you wait, or simply down to just finding someone to talk motorcycling with on any given day we are here. A day in the life of a Service Department Manager:

• Be a visible leader within the dealership and uphold the customer service standards
• Use your experience to lead and manage the service department team
• Maximize the skill levels of technicians and assign tasks to optimize productivity levels   
• Establish and communicate sales goals and service standards to your team
• Lead and motivate team members to provide high quality vehicle service to achieve goals and standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to develop technician skills and abilities
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and grow the volume of service work

We are looking for an open-to-change, quality manager who loves European bikes, this person will have the opportunity to hire an advisor and build their own Team.

• 2+ years of experience within the service department of a motor vehicle dealership
• Ability to lead and motivate in a team environment
• Ability and enjoyment in communicating with customers
• Current motorcycle license (or ability to acquire one)
• Familiarity with Windows based computer software
• Passion for all of the powersports brands

Compensation potential $80K to 90K annually.
