As a Service Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting field teams through back-office assistance, tools support and training, and logistical support. The preferred candidate is highly organized, analytical, and takes pride in delivering excellence. This role will involve office work, but the ideal candidate must be willing to work in the field to support technicians as well.
Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely with field technicians in the office, shop, and field environments.
-Support field teams with back-office assistance, tools support, and training.
-Coordinate and manage various business processes, including customer service, billing, quoting, inventory management, and team scheduling.
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years in managerial roles related to field operations.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Comfortable collaborating with field technicians in field and office environments settings.
-Prefer experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics
-Knowledge of or experience in working with multiple client accounts and coordinating or managing multiple business processes
