Service Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Automotive Service Parts Coordinator to join our dealership team. Key Responsibilities

• Stage parts for service repair orders for technicians
• Deliver parts to technicians in a timely and organized manner
• Assist the service and parts departments with daily workflow
• Verify part numbers and quantities before distributing parts
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts warehouse
• Assist with stocking, inventory organization, and receiving parts shipments
• Communicate with parts advisors and technicians to ensure accurate parts delivery
• Return unused parts and update inventory as needed
• Help maintain efficient parts flow between the service and parts departments

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred but not required
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication skills with technicians and parts staff
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Basic computer skills are helpful

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move parts up to 75 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching are required throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or service department environment
