Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming driver requests and respond to driver inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Open and manage daily repair orders and coordinate directly with technicians to facilitate necessary repairs. Mechanical aptitude is preferred.

• Utilize shop management systems, including Transman; VRMS coding knowledge is a plus.

• Maintain a courteous, positive attitude while demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Manage multiple priorities while remaining highly organized in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Use computer systems efficiently and maintain accurate data entry.

• Complete required documentation and reporting promptly, including DOT inspection reports and violation records.

• Consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
