What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems


• Service and install water heaters and tankless water heaters


• Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs


• Install and repair fixtures, shut-off valves, and water lines


• Recommend solutions that improve safety, comfort, and efficiency


• Perform whole-home plumbing evaluations


• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options


• Document work using ServiceTitan

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


• Experience working directly with homeowners


• Professional communication and customer service skills


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record


• Ability to work independently and manage service calls


• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
