About the Role

As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. From moving vehicles to assisting customers with their service needs, you’ll ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of Jaguar and Land Rover Guests.

What You’ll Do

• Vehicle Handling: Safely move customer vehicles to and from service bays, car wash areas, and parking spaces.
• Customer Interaction: Provide warm, professional assistance during vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Lot Organization: Maintain a clean, organized service area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Team Support: Assist the service department with tasks such as prepping vehicles for service and helping service greeters manage the flow of vehicles on the service drive.
• Additional Duties: Contribute to other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.50 - $18.00/hour

Requirements

• Driver’s License: Unrestricted California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Driving Experience: Minimum of 4 years of driving experience and ability to operate both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
