Service Porter

Description of the role:

As a Service Porter at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing support to the service team.

Responsibilities:

• Keep service area and customer lounge clean and organized


• Assist with moving vehicles on the dealership lot


• Support service advisors and technicians as needed


• Occasionally shuttle customers to and from the dealership


• Assist with Service Washes as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail
