Ed Martin Buick GMC — a family-owned and growing dealership — is looking for a Service Lot Porter to join our service team! This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers in a professional setting.

About the Role:

As a Service Lot Porter, you’ll be the first point of contact for service customers—greeting them with a smile, assisting with vehicle intake, and keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also help with organizing the service lot and prepping vehicles for customer pick-up.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with room to grow within our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist service customers as they arrive

  Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and drive

  
  


• 
  

  Help wash and prepare vehicles for delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with service lane traffic flow and vehicle movement

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service and represent our dealership with professionalism
