Service Porter

Faupel Automotive Group is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Service Porter to join our team in Henderson, Kentucky. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate staff


• Retrieve and park customer vehicles in an organized and efficient manner


• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks, such as fueling, washing, and vacuuming


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and customer waiting areas


• Perform general janitorial duties, such as taking out trash and cleaning restrooms

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions


• Excellent customer service and communication skills
