POSITION SUMMARY:
The Service Porter is responsible to greet each customer as they arrive in the service reception area and transition their vehicle to the service center for maintenance and/or repair. This position has a variety of tasks to serve customer and associate needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
- Execute consistent processes to assure favorable customer and associate experiences.
- Drive and park vehicles.
- Stage customer vehicles for maintenance and/or repair.
- Execute courtesy car wash services to Premier customers.
- Pick up and deliver customers (shuttle) as instructed by the manager.
- Retrieve completed vehicles for customer delivery post repair.
- Monitor, maintain and freshen washrooms, lounge, café, and facility.
- Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
- Other duties as assigned.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- This is an entry level position with avenues forward as a technician or Service Salesperson.
- Hours may vary daily to meet business demands.
- Typical full-time schedules run 7 to 8 hours five or six days a week.
- Typical part-time schedules 4 to 8 hours six days a week.
