Service Porter

Job Summary: A Porter is responsible for moving and parking cars. Their duties include keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot, maintaining organization on the Service Drive, assisting guests during the check-in process, and ensuring cleanliness of the service area, shop, and lot.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival to the service drive.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles as directed by Service Advisors or Management.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer waiting areas, and dealership lot.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with vehicle check-in, including verifying VIN numbers, mileage, and fuel levels.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct visual inspections for damage before and after service.

  
  


• 
  

  Wash and vacuum customer vehicles when requested.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver vehicles or shuttle customers to and from designated locations, if required.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist technicians by delivering vehicles to bays and returning them after service.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light facility maintenance and ensure work areas are safe and presentable.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic transmissions is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
