Service Porter

Come join the Jack Madden Ford Service team and help us provide excellent customer service to our large customer base! As a porter your main responsibilities will be checking cars in for service, checking for alignments and helping prep cars for deliveries. No experience is needed and all training will be provided. This position is a great first step into a large family owned business!

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and lot locations.


• Wash and clean vehicles to maintain a presentable appearance.


• Assist service technicians and staff as needed to ensure efficient workflow.


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area and parking lot.


• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and report any noticeable issues.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to safely handle and maneuver vehicles of various sizes.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle care.


• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
