Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver and reliable car lover to join our team as a Service Porter. In this role, you will help manage the flow of vehicles through our service department, upholding dealership standards, cleaning cars, and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate maintains a professional appearance, brings a positive attitude every day, and always greets our customers with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage vehicle flow efficiently in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the dealership parking lot.

  Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep track of keys, move vehicles safely, and promptly handle customer requests.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure customer vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready for return immediately after service department repairs are completed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Uphold all dealership display standards and follow safety protocols while operating customer and dealership vehicles.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  Ability to maintain a professional appearance and greet customers warmly.

  Must successfully pass a background check before employment.
