Service Provider Manager I Facilities Industry

Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Service Provider Manager.

THE ROLE:

The Service Provider Manager is responsible for the growth, usage, and retention of a qualified network of Service Providers within a region.  They negotiate and work with Service Providers to establish partnerships. The Service Provider Manager has an overarching goal to ensure Service Providers understand their contractual requirements and to reduce cost out of the Service Provider base while improving product/service quality to clients. They are also responsible for managing contracts with new and established Service Providers. This individual will support Vixxo’s Service Centers and will act as a liaison with Service Providers at the strategic level for the overall delivery of service.

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coverage Management – Create/Monitor/Manage coverage for new and existing clients to implement opportunities for cost reductions and/or service improvements, including gaps in service in coordination with Vixxo Service Centers and Account Operations. Regular use of Excel to manage datasets and analyze coverage models and their financial impact


• Territory Management - Retention and recruitment of independent Service Providers providing emergency/reactive repair service and scheduled maintenance services for all lines of service for our national facilities management contracts.


• Contract Compliance and Pricing – Ensure Service Providers understand the terms of the Vixxo agreement, meet the required license/certification/insurance requirements, and consistently comply with requirements supporting customer and company initiatives (e.g., mobile utilization). Negotiate competitive contractual terms between the Company and the Service Providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 – 8 years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation or service-related sales


• Supply chain knowledge, specific with trade sourcing expertise


• Facility maintenance or experience with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical services experience a plus


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); technical aptitude to work within additional software applications


• Strong financial, analytical and business acumen


• BS degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
