Service Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.

This individual will receive calls into the dealership's service department, and we will cross-train the receptionist to be able to assist with several positions in our service department

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm & Saturday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 1 day off during the week.

• Hourly Rate of $18.00 per hour to start

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist our guests


• Handle customer questions and concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution


• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold


• New responsibilities will be added over time


• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees


• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus but we do on-the-job training!


• Willingness to learn


• Professional personal appearance


• Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
