What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally 


• Answer incoming phone calls


• Schedule Service appointments


• Conduct follow up calls


• Digital archiving of documents


• Stay informed about new services, products, and pricing updates


• Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate team member


• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
