Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay Range: $17–$20/hour based on experience and skill set

Responsibilities:

  Greet and check in service customers in coordination with Service Advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming service phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and confirm service appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Organize, assign, and track rental vehicles from start to finish

  
  


• 
  

  Send out service emails and respond to incoming service leads

  
  


• 
  

  Double-check service appointments scheduled by the outbound BDC team for accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with additional service-related administrative tasks as assigned
