In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all serviced vehicles are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared for delivery to customers, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service technicians and detailers to address any issues and ensure timely reconditioning of vehicles.


• Perform minor cleaning and touch-ups to ensure vehicles are presentable before customer delivery.


• Communicate effectively with the service department and regarding vehicle status and any concerns.


• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and reconditioning activities.


• Ensure a clean and organized work area in the service reconditioning department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Prior experience in automotive service, detailing, or a related field is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Good communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
