What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial refrigeration systems

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance

• Respond to service calls and emergencies with professionalism and urgency

• Keep accurate service records and ensure a clean, safe work environment

• Represent the frēijē brand with pride and integrity

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial refrigeration (or strong willingness to learn fast)

• Solid troubleshooting and technical skills

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• EPA Certification preferred

Requirements:

• Must pass drug and background screening

• 2+ years HVAC experience in commercial/industrial settings preferred

• EPA Universal Refrigerant License

• HVAC trade school certification preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and access crawlspaces/attics

• Ability to train and support teammates a plus
