About Us

We’re a customer-focused automotive dealership that takes pride in making every interaction a positive one. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to join our service team. This role is key to keeping our customers happy while their vehicles are in for service—by providing timely pick-up and drop-off, assisting with vehicle movement, and helping the team keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely drive customers to and from their homes, offices, or other destinations while service is performed on their vehicles.

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up and deliver dealership business as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Run customer vehicles through the car wash upon request.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure customer vehicles are parked in assigned areas and ready in a timely manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Catalog and store keys securely.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist passengers in and out of vehicles.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in snow removal, moving vehicles as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete all required driving records accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

  
  

Other Ways You’ll Support the Team

• 
  

  Deliver vehicles to the appropriate department or directly to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist other departments as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Notify the dispatcher or service manager of shuttle/rental vehicle maintenance needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and fuel rental vehicles as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Properly dispose of tires, batteries, and other materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate manager for resolution.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

  A valid Minnesota driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets insurance requirements.

Schedule: Must be able to work the dealership’s set schedule.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour
