We are seeking a dynamic Service Agreement Sales Representative to join our growing team at DMG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving preventive maintenance and mechanical service agreement sales to both new and existing clients. In this role, you will build long-term customer relationships and expand our service portfolio across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. You will partner with facility managers, building owners, hospitals, universities, research facilities, and pharmaceutical clients to deliver solutions that improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and understanding their mechanical service needs. 

• Develop and present tailored service solutions, including maintenance plans, equipment retrofits, and after-sales support packages. 

• Build strong relationships with key end-user owners across major vertices, including factory partners while supporting broader sales team. 

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract signing and post-sales follow-up. 

• Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution. 

• Sell DMG service agreements, preventive maintenance programs, repair services, and other aftermarket solutions directly to building owners and facility managers.


• Influence purchasing decisions related to HVAC service agreements, maintenance contracts, lifecycle equipment planning, and ongoing service solutions.


• Must have experience understanding, presenting, and selling HVAC service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring service offerings.

Requirements: 

• 3–5+ years of technical sales experience.

• Strong understanding of after-sales services, maintenance plans, and service contracts. 

• Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and controls.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Estimated Salary: Starting at $80,000 to 105,000 annually plus commission.
