Job Opening: Service Sales Lead

Our client, a design-build and engineering services company, offers a comprehensive range of services that include pre-construction, detailing, BIM, VDC, special projects, plumbing & pipefitting installation, HVAC, and fabrication. They are currently looking for a dynamic Service Sales Lead to introduce their services and write proposals for maintenance contracts. This role is critical in maintaining client relationships and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, pre-qualify, and reach out to non-contract customers to introduce the services provided
• Write proposals and contracts for maintenance services
• Obtain technical information to discuss HVAC/Plumbing equipment and their maintenance requirements with clients
• Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts using the appropriate software and internal resources
• Prospect, cold-call, and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
• Follow up on sales leads and lists generated by management and other sources
• Maintain client relationships and regularly check in with current maintenance clients
• Assist in developing sales processes and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales of Service related to technical products and/or systems
• Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus!
• Strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
• Self-discipline to maintain a steady, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
