Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within east Seattle (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, etc.)
• Generate and develop own leads, demonstrating a proactive and tenacious approach.
• Engage and build relationships with clients, owner-direct, contractors, property management companies.
• Drive sales of service maintenance agreements.
• Willingness to climb ladders & roofs.

Qualifications:

• Needs to be proactive and tenacious in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Previous experience in mechanical contracting is beneficial but not necessary.
• Clean driving record, up-to-date tabs, etc.
• Professional LinkedIn presence is a must, as it will be checked as part of the screening process.
