Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing production operations in a fast-paced environment? Celebration Chevrolet is seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic service shop team. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production process within the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  


• Ensure all safety, quality control, and compliance standards are met.


• Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and throughput to meet customer demands and deadlines.


• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle repairs.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively.


• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a service shop or automotive environment.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and process optimization.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


• Experience with production scheduling software or similar tools is a plus.
