Essential Job Responsibilities
Mail Services
Process, sort, meter, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and accountable packages according to established schedules.
Copy & Print Services
Accurately complete copy, print, and scanning requests in accordance with written instructions and quality standards.
Reception Services
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
Greet, announce, and assist visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Hospitality Services
Coordinate the setup and maintenance of client conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Ensure all rooms are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for continuous use.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Floor Coordination
Oversee the organization and upkeep of copy rooms and general office supply areas.
Manage paper deliveries and perform basic daily maintenance tasks.
Facilities Support
Assist with small office moves, hanging pictures, and coordinating cleaning services.
Communicate with client contacts regarding building or equipment-related concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs. or more when necessary
Ability to safely transport packages using a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of time
Compensation
The starting pay for this position is $16.69 per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
