Service Specialist

Position Details:

This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours 8:00AM- 5:00PM, M-F. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $20.00-22.00 USD per hour.

This direct hire role is a Copy/Mail Team Member- Full-Time and performs office services work. Hours 8:00AM- 5:00PM, M-F

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Litigation Copy/Printing/Scanning
• Mail sort and internal distribution
• Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
