The Service supervisor position plays a critical role in the success of Dick Van Dyke Inc. The supervisor will provide front-line direction to our team CSRs, and ensure quality service is provided in every customer interaction. The CSR supervisor will promote professional and personal development of individual team members by administering performance evaluations, training needs, progressive disciplinary actions, and career opportunity programs.
Service Supervisor Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm w/ 1hr lunch
Service Supervisor Position Requirements:
- Leadership aspirations. You’re interested in learning how to develop your leadership skills and be a coach, advocate, and role model to our CSRs.
- A post-secondary degree or certificate, preferably in Business Management or Communications. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered.
- At least two years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or coaching role
- Ability to work both independently as well as in team settings within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to type 45 WPM with accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS software (Word, Excel, Power point).
Service Supervisor Position Additional Requirements:
- All Applicants must provide 3 professional references
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Supervisory Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
