Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Annual Bonus

Service Supervisor (IP Camera Systems) Description

Our client in the video security solutions industry is looking for a Service Supervisor to join their team in Delaware, OH. In this role, you will oversee a small team of remote technicians providing service and support for IP-based camera systems. You will manage customer relationships, monitor service requests, and ensure timely resolution of service issues. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge, leadership skills, and prior experience working with IP security camera systems. Service Supervisor (IP Camera Systems) Responsibilities

•    Supervise service department operations ensuring timely support
•    Manage and support a team of four remote security camera technicians
•    Review service tracking and daily reports for accuracy and completion
•    Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve issues
•    Guide technicians on troubleshooting IP cameras and network devices
•    Utilize remote access tools for technical troubleshooting
•    Schedule and coordinate subcontracted on-site technicians when needed
•    Maintain detailed documentation of all service work performed
•    Develop service policies to improve efficiency and customer experience
•    Participate in conference calls and monitor service call completion timelines

Service Supervisor (IP Camera Systems) Qualifications

•    5+ years of experience in the security or technology industry required
•    IP security camera systems and basic networking experience required
•    Management or Supervisory experience required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
