Service Support Coordinator

Ancira Auto Group is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to assure service work moves efficiently and Customer Satisfaction remains A+.

This is a hands-on service-drive position. You'll assist customers, monitor repair-order status, follow up on open items, help identify delays and bottlenecks, coordinate information among Service Advisors, technicians, parts and management, and make sure unresolved issues are followed through or escalated appropriately.

• Is comfortable using dealership systems, computers, phones, texting and other technology


• Can learn and adapt to new technology and changing work processes


• Works well with customers and multiple dealership departments 


• Enjoys physical activity; this is not a 'desk job'

Automotive dealership, service or parts, customer-service, hospitality, dispatch, or related experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid Texas driver's license and continued vehicle insurability are required when driving duties are assigned.

Schedule: 7-6 M-F and availability to work Saturdays 7-3.

Pay: $17-22/hr DOE

This is not a people-management position. It is an active coordination and customer-support role with responsibility for following assigned matters through completion and providing valuable back-up for our Service Advisors to focus on the main thing: Our Customer.
