Service Administrator (Onsite – Windsor, CT)
Be the operational hub of a busy, growing service team.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Windsor, CT, branch. If you enjoy keeping things on track, working with customers, and being the go-to person who makes the office run smoothly, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, onsite position with long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Operations & Dispatch Support
- Answer incoming calls
- Create and manage work orders.
- Enter and maintain accurate notes
- Handle general office and administrative support tasks
- Assist with estimates and service documentation
- Customer & Team Support
- Serve as a professional point of contact for customer questions and issues
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
- Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements and new initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or office administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successful background check and drug screen required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate $25-$28/hr, based on experience
