Service Support Specialist Berglund CDJR

About the Role

 We’re looking for a Full-Time Service Support Specialist to be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our service department. In this role, you’ll keep our customers informed, comfortable, and confident in the care their vehicles are receiving. You’ll work closely with our Service Advisors and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.  If you’re a natural people person who thrives on solving problems and making a positive impression, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone


• Provide service updates and follow-up calls to customers


• Arrange and manage rental vehicles and shuttle service


• Place and track special parts orders


• Help coordinate customer appointments and ensure smooth handoffs to Service Advisors


• Support administrative needs, including updating service department SOPs


• Assist with other customer service and operational tasks as needed 
  

What We’re Looking For 

• 
  Exceptional customer service skills – you’re confident, personable, and able to think on your feet and tailor each interaction to the customer


• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email


• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for follow-through


• Previous experience in automotive, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry is a plus
