Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models, or as assigned by brand specialization

  Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software

  Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications and flat-rate guidelines

  Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding repair needs, timelines, and parts availability

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with factory training and certifications

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and environmental regulations

  Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed accurately and safely

  
  


• 
  

  Document all work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance or repairs

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications strongly preferred or willingness to obtain

  
  


• 
  

  1-3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools, repair software, and scan tools

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
