Job Title: Automotive Technician (A-Level)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is best suited for a highly skilled technician who can diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with confidence and accuracy. You will be working in a busy, high-volume shop that is fully heated and cooled, giving you a comfortable workspace year-round.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced diagnostic testing using OEM and aftermarket tools
• Complete complex mechanical repairs including engine, transmission, driveline, braking, and electrical systems
• Inspect vehicles and provide clear recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance
• Document work performed accurately in the repair order system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist and mentor lower-level technicians when needed
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines

Qualifications
• A-Level (Master) Technician skill set with strong diagnostic ability
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
