What You Would Do

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to perform annual maintenance on existing systems, troubleshoot any existing problems, and recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation. You will also examine work done by the company and determine potential problems to remedy. The ideal candidate will have strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 100 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance on an existing system or follow-up on warranty issues

- Meet with customers to troubleshoot any existing problems and find solutions

- Examine work done by the company and determine potential problems to remedy

- Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation or remedy a new issue that has arisen

- Follow through with the customer until all issues are resolved

What We Need for this Role

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 100 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
