Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and service chimneys, fireplaces, and stoves
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper usage and care
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chimney and hearth technology
- Assist with in-home estimates and provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or installations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or related field preferred
- Previous experience in chimney service, HVAC, or home repair is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSIA and/or NFI certifications are a plus
