About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial customers. This role involves identifying pest problems, implementing effective treatment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

• Sealing properties to prevent the invasion of unwanted pests in both residential and commercial properties.
• Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify wildlife infestations.
• Safely and humanely capturing and removing wildlife.
• Setting traps and implementing measures to prevent re-entry of wildlife.
• Educating clients on wildlife prevention and offering recommendations for property maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license 
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Experience as a technician or in construction is preferable.
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
